Delete your Trayko account
You can delete your Trayko account and all of its data at any time, in the app or by request if you no longer have the app.
Deletion is permanent. It removes your account, treatment profiles, wear history, tray changes, journal notes, progress photos, care team details and settings. It can’t be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, email us before deleting.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Trayko and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email a deletion request from the address you use for Trayko, or write to hi@aebyra.com with the subject “Trayko account deletion request” and your account email. We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and let you know when it’s done.
What is deleted, and when

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel anything with Apple or Google. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
