Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Trayko app and these Trayko pages, made by Aebyra. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What Trayko is, and isn’t
Trayko helps you track aligner wear time, tray changes and treatment progress. Trayko is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app replaces your orthodontist’s or dentist’s instructions. Decisions about your treatment, including when to change trays, are between you and your treatment provider.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Trayko.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, or without the app.
3. Your content
You own the data and photos you add to Trayko. You give us only the limited rights needed to store them, sync them and show them back to you. We don’t use them for anything else.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t try to break, probe or overload the service, access other people’s data, use the app for anything unlawful, or resell the service.
5. Ads and Remove Ads
The free version shows banner ads from Google AdMob. Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase that turns ads off for your account. It’s billed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund rules. Use Restore purchases in Settings to get it back on a new device while signed in with the same store account.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Trayko reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Trayko down, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can get a copy of your data.
7. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Aebyra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using Trayko, including treatment outcomes, missed reminders, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date and let you know in the app. Using Trayko after changes take effect means you accept them.
